This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for fees and payments made through our services, including online payments processed via PayHere (Pvt) Ltd.

1. General Refund Principles

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing — either in person at the relevant branch or via telephone to the Head Office at 070 235 1776.
• Refunds will be assessed in accordance with the categories outlined in this policy.
• Approved refunds for online payments will be issued via the original method of payment through PayHere. Refund timelines are subject to PayHere's processing periods and your bank or financial institution.
• A payment processing fee charged by PayHere or the relevant bank may be deducted from the refunded amount where applicable.

2. Registration Fees

Registration fees are charged to secure a place for your child at one of our branches.

• Non-Refundable: Registration fees are non-refundable once a place has been confirmed and allocated to your child.
• Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of documented medical emergencies or unforeseen relocation, partial consideration may be given at the sole discretion of the school administration. Supporting documentation will be required.

3. Term Fees

Term fees cover the educational services provided during an academic term.

Scenario	Refund Eligibility
Withdrawal before the term commences (written notice given at least 14 days prior)	Full refund of term fees paid, less the registration fee and any administrative charges.
Withdrawal within the first 2 weeks of a term	Partial refund may be considered. Contact the Head Office for assessment.
Withdrawal after the first 2 weeks of a term	No refund is applicable for the current term.
Closure of school due to events beyond the school's control (force majeure)	Pro-rated credit or refund may be issued for the unused portion of the term.

4. Day Care Fees

• Day care fees paid for specific days or periods are non-refundable unless the school is unable to provide the service due to circumstances within its control.
• Missed days due to a child's absence are not eligible for a refund.

5. Event and Activity Fees

• Fees paid for school events, excursions, or extracurricular activities are non-refundable once confirmed, as costs are committed in advance.
• If the school cancels an event, a full refund of the event fee will be provided.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

• Registration and enrollment fees (once a place is confirmed).
• Uniforms and school materials that have been issued.
• Fees for services already rendered.
• Administrative processing charges.

7. Incorrect or Duplicate Payments

If you have made an incorrect or duplicate payment online, please contact us immediately at 070 235 1776. We will investigate the matter promptly and, if confirmed, arrange a full refund of the erroneous amount via the original payment method through PayHere.

8. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request:

• Call us on 070 235 1776 or visit the Head Office at Madagalla Road, Ibbgamuwa in person.
• Provide your full name, your child's name, the enrolled branch, the amount paid, the date of payment, and the reason for the refund request.
• For online payments, provide the PayHere transaction reference number.
• We will acknowledge your request and communicate the outcome within 5 working days.
